successful trial. Step by step listening excercises and guided assistance helps to get you familiar with your new Signia hearing aids fast. By sending feedback and satisfaction ratings directly to your hearing care professional, the app ensures your personal progress with better assistance.
Additionally, you can remotely control your hearing aids and enjoy easy access to frequently asked questions as well as a user guide. So you can adress many issues right on the spot. If you need advice or experience any issues, just communicate with your hearing care professionals via CareChat options (text and phone call – you can also be contacted via a video call) wherever you are. This helps you to keep additional appointments at a minimum.

How can I download and install the myHearing App?
To set up the myHearing App, your Hearing Care Professional will send you a download link and connection code via SMS. Click on the download link to download and install the app from your app store. You can then open the app and enter the connection code. After accepting the terms and conditions, the app is ready for your use.
How can I contact my hearing care professional via the myHearing App?
The myHearing App offers two options to contact your hearing care professional: regular call and text message.
Open the contact options by clicking on the tab “Professional” in the main menu.
To start a call click the button “Call”. The call options works via your smartphone’s regular phone network.
To send a text message click on “Messages” and type your message. Then send the message. You will be able to see the whole chat (your messages as well as the ones of your Hearing Care Professional) on the same screen.
